Jennifer J. Ator is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit and County Court Mediator and has extensive experience assisting parties in resolving their disputes. Unique in the fact that I represent both individuals and management, I am able to effectively communicate with each side to facilitate dispute resolution in a cost effective environment.
I serve primarily Miami-Dade and Broward County with offices available in Miami Springs (primary). I can make arrangements at other locations upon request.
All mediations include a standard charge of one-half hour for preparation, and travel time only if more than one hour away from the mediator's primary location. Should the mediation be cancelled with less than 24-hours notice, there will be a two-hour cancellation fee, assessed equally to the parties.
